Our multidisciplinary team includes Dementia Care Trainers and Specialists, Dietitians, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Palliative Care Nurses, Care Assessment Personnel and trained Caregivers. We assess individual needs, develop a personalised care plan, and ensure the right professionals are involved at the right time—supporting physical health, nutrition, communication, mobility, comfort and daily living for clients and peace of mind for families.
CAREGIVER COURSES
Essential information and skills for family members taking care of elderly or people who want to work in the field of caregiving, particularly in settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, or home care agencies. The first course started in September 2023.
